Arabic Design LLC is the UAE seller and agent for Xahab watches sold through xahab.com. For orders, returns, warranty claims and complaints, email hello@arabic.design.
Returns and exchanges
For orders placed on or after 1 October 2026, Xahab does not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind after delivery. The limited-edition status of a watch does not remove any rights provided by applicable consumer law.
If a watch is defective, damaged on arrival, incomplete, or materially different from its description, or if another return right applies by law, contact us at hello@arabic.design with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos are helpful where available. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover costs that applicable law places on the seller. Do not send a watch before we provide return instructions. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights in the UAE or in the customer’s country of delivery.
Orders placed before 1 October 2026 retain the voluntary return terms offered when the order was placed, as well as applicable legal rights.
Limited warranty
For orders placed on or after 1 October 2026, Xahab provides a three-month limited warranty from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If the manufacturer, commercial agent, product packaging, warranty card, or order terms provides a longer warranty, that longer period applies. Orders placed earlier retain the warranty promised at purchase.
This limited warranty does not cover ordinary wear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage caused by unauthorized repair. Battery, glass, strap and bracelet wear is excluded unless the issue results from a covered defect or applicable law requires a remedy. Warranty exclusions do not remove statutory rights for defective or misdescribed goods.
For a warranty claim, email hello@arabic.design with the order number, a brief description and photos where available. Please wait for return instructions. Covered repairs or replacements and associated shipping costs will be handled as required by applicable law. If repair or replacement is not appropriate, we will provide the remedy required by law. A repair period extends the warranty where applicable law requires it.
The three-month commercial warranty does not shorten or replace any rights under applicable consumer protection law.
Copyright, legal statement and database rights
All content and compilation of such content included on the Website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, and images are the property of Xahab or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and database right laws.
You may not extract and/or re-utilize parts of the contents of the Website without xahab’s express written consent. In particular, you may not utilize any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract (either once or many times) for re-utilization of any substantial parts of this Website. You also may not create and/or publish your own database that features substantial (e.g. our prices and product listings) parts of this Website.
Our contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from the www.xahab.com, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order plus shipping information. All orders will be shipped by mail (national) or parcel delivery service (overseas). Xahab will retain ownership of the products until full payment has been made by you and been received by Xahab. Xahab reserves the right to hold any orders prior to shipping for security review.
Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our Website, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your usage of the Website and your orders will be subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions in force at the time that you use the Website or that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions are deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining conditions.
Events beyond our reasonable control
Xahab will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
